The December Reorganization Meeting shall be held on Monday, December 1, 2008. The Regular monthly meetings of the Board of Directors shall be held on the Fourth Thursday of each and every month at 7:00 p.m.
All meetings shall be voting meetings and shall be held in the Valley High School Board Room, 703 Stevenson Boulevard, New Kensington.
Committee meetings shall be scheduled and held as needed, on the Second Tuesday of the month in the Valley High School Board Room, 703 Stevenson Blvd, New Kensington.
