Dear Visitor,

Welcome to Valley High School and thank you for visiting our web site.  You will surely find a lot of information, but what you will not find are the students, faculty, staff, and variety of intangibles that make Valley a great school!

Learning is all about opportunity, and everyone; students and faculty alike, continue to have access to a wide range of learning environments which include: 12 Accelerated, Honors, and Advanced Placement courses, active performance and visual arts departments, JROTC, 16 Varsity sports, a variety of clubs, as well as support programs designed to assist all students.

We are also very proud of our facilities, classroom resources, and the technology that is available in the school that includes over thirty classroom Promethean White Boards, over 200 student laptops, two iPad carts, one cart of iPod Touch devices, laptops for each faculty member, and a substantial wireless network within the school.

We continue to evolve as a school, serving the diverse communities of Arnold and New Kensington. We strive to keep our rich traditions alive and look to foster and enhance an equally rich learning environment.

Mr. Jon Banko, M. Ed.
