The New Kensington-Arnold School District has Three Collective Bargaining Agreements:

-Collective Bargaining Agreement between The Board of Directors of the New Kensington-Arnold School District and The New Kensington-Arnold Education Association, PSEA/NEA Contract Years 2006-2007, 2007-2008, 2008-2009, 2009-2010, 2010-2011

-Agreement by and between New Kensington-Arnold School District and Service Employees International Union Local 3, AFL-CIO Contract Years 2006-2007, 2007-2008, 2008-2009, 2009-2010, 2010-2011, 2011-2012

-Agreement between New Kensington-Arnold School District and New Kensington-Arnold Education Support Professionals, PSEA/NEA. Contract Years 2002-2003, 2003-2004, 2004-2005, 2005-2006, 2006-2007, 2007-2008
