Prom

Valley High School Prom

The Valley High School Prom will be held Friday, April 28, 2023, 6:00 - 10:00 p.m. Promenade will take place beginning at 5:00 p.m. at Valley High School. Tickets will be on sale in the Library until April 5th.

NKASD Community Liaison Committee Meeting - Monday, April 3, 2023

The Community Liaison Committee of the NKASD School Board will meet on Monday, April 3, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. in the Board Room at VJSHS, 703 Stevenson Boulevard, and also via Microsoft Teams. Information for joining the Teams Meeting will be available on the NKASD Website the day of the meeting. This meeting is open to the public.

The Northern Westmoreland Career and Technology Center is seeking an experienced, dynamic leader to fill the position of Director to lead workforce development through partnerships and educational training. The ideal candidate will possess a vision that promotes economic regional growth while creating opportunities for students to remain competitive and obtain industry certifications valuable to the business community. Likewise, the ideal candidate will embrace and promote the NWCTC mission to prepare all students for successful careers through rigorous technical skill attainment, academic achievement, and provide a yearning for professional and life-long learner engagement.
