RFP and Bids

The New Kensington-Arnold School District is accepting sealed proposals for a comprehensive English Language Development Program for students who are identified as requiring English Learning Services. This includes but is not limited to multi-lingual learners, English as a Second Language, and English Language Learners (newcomers/new joiners/entering, emerging, developing, expanding, bridging, and reaching).

Specifications are available below. Sealed proposals must be submitted to Dr. Jennifer M. Pallone, Director of Special Education, by 12:00 pm on Tuesday, July 28, 2026 at Central Administration, 707 Stevenson Boulevard, New Kensington, PA 15068. Minority and Women owned businesses are encouraged to apply. Proposals submitted via telephone or facsimile will not be accepted.
