Valley High Junior/Senior High School Auditorium Renovation

 

The New Kensington-Arnold School District is soliciting proposals for the renovation of it’s auditorium at the Valley Junior/Senior High School.

 

This Request for Proposal (RFP) contains information and requirements for Bidders to prepare and submit a proposal for the renovation of it’s auditorium at the Jr/Sr High School and invites sealed proposals in accordance with the provisions in the Request for Proposal, Terms and Conditions, Instructions to Proposers, as set forth herein and in applicable Pennsylvania State Law. Proposals must be identified as a sealed proposal in accordance with the Terms and Conditions for submitting proposals. All interested bidders must attend a Pre-Bid meeting on June 9, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. local time at 703 Stevenson Blvd, New Kensington, PA.

 

Please provide One (1) original and Two (2) copies. Proposals will be received by the New Kensington-Arnold School District until 12:00 p.m. Monday, June 16, 2025. Only names of companies submitting will be read at that time. Proposals shall be shown only to personnel having a legitimate interest in them or persons assisting in the evaluation. The New Kensington-Arnold School District will not be responsible for the pre-opening of, post opening of, or failure to open a proposal not properly addressed or identified.

Valley High Junior/Senior High School Auditorium Seating

 

The New Kensington-Arnold School District is soliciting proposals for the replacement of the auditorium  seating at the Valley Junior/Senior High School.

 

This Request for Proposal (RFP) contains information and requirements for Bidders to prepare and submit a proposal for the removal and installation of new auditorium seating in it’s Jr/Sr High School and invites sealed proposals in accordance with the provisions in the Request for Proposal, Terms and Conditions, Instructions to Proposers, as set forth herein and in applicable Pennsylvania State Law. Proposals must be identified as a sealed proposal in accordance with the Terms and Conditions for submitting proposals. All interested bidders must attend a Pre-Bid meeting on June 9, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. local time at 703 Stevenson Blvd, New Kensington, PA.

RFP For Comprehensive Math Series for Grades K - 6

 

The New Kensington-Arnold School District (District) desires to purchase a comprehensive Math series for grades K-6. The District has prepared a list, Attachment A to this RFP, of curricular materials it desires to purchase. The District is requesting the bidder to provide fixed-pricing on a “per item basis” for the items listed in Attachment A. Multi-year proposals will be considered. Final quantities and items to be purchased will be determined once a successful bidder has been awarded. If the bidder offers Discounts and “Price Break-Points” based on quantities, they should be included as part of their proposal. Any additional fees or costs for delivery, handling, and training should be clearly identified in the proposal and itemized as separate line items in the proposal. All proposals must be submitted by 3 p.m. on Tuesday May 27, 2025. The District will reject any proposal received after the submission date.
