Athletic Physicals

PHYSICALS AT VALLEY JSHS WILL BE HELD ON MONDAY, MAY 4, FOR ANY ATHLETE WHO WANTS TO PLAY SPORTS IN 2026-27.

ONLINE ATHLETIC PHYSICALS ARE LIVE

*** You cannot have the actual medical examination physical for a school year until May 1 or after. You can, however, complete the Arbiter Registration info and upload a picture of the completed physical on or after May 1. Please note that the ONLY form you actually need to print is SECTION 6 (unless injured or need to upload section 7), and have it signed and dated by the medical professional. This then gets uploaded to your Arbiter account. You do not need to print and complete the entire packet by hand. This information will be entered online.***

**ONLY THE PIAA CIPPE PHYSICAL FORMS ARE ACCEPTABLE. Any other physical forms or documents are not acceptable (example: junior year physical form) and will not be approved.**

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT EVERY FAMILY ONLY REGISTER FOR ONE ACCOUNT.

Please do not make multiple accounts. All athletes in one family would be under the family account. We will no longer be collecting paper physicals. All physicals and information will be entered in Arbiter Registration.

Any student who wishes to participate in athletics during the academic school year, must complete specific documents in order for the student athlete to be considered eligible for participation. Please take the time to read and register your student-athlete on the Arbiter Registration website, as student-athletes will not be permitted to participate in any form of practice or competition, until all required documents are filled out correctly online.

Once forms are checked for accurate completion, the student athlete will be added to the desired roster, and permitted to begin practice/competition. Failure to correctly complete any of the necessary information will result in a delay in participation on the start date and/or removal from play, until requirements are met and confirmed by the athletic department.

Once an athlete's physical has been approved, for all subsequent sports season in a given year they will only need to upload the Section 7: Recertification Form, to Arbiter Registration in order to try-out for additional teams. To download and print the Section 7 Recertification form, click here.
